This camera now includes License Plate Capture mode as well as General Surveillance, allowing greater flexibility in how the camera can be used. General Surveillance mode is intended to monitor people and their activities (Trespassing, Theft, Vandalism, Illegal Dumping, etc.), while License Plate  Capture mode enables photo documentation of License Plates on vehicles at speeds up to 40 mph.
